Clear guidelines for our delivery service, cancellation deadlines, and quality assurance.

Important Notice

Fresh vegetables are perishable items. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for delivered vegetable boxes. However, we guarantee the freshness and quality of all produce delivered. Please read our quality guarantee section below.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver fresh vegetables weekly on your chosen delivery day. Here's how our delivery schedule works:

Weekly Delivery Timeline

Order Placement: Anytime before Friday 9 AM for next week's delivery
Harvest & Packing: Saturday & Sunday
Delivery Days: Monday through Saturday as per your preference
Delivery Hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Cancellation Policy IMPORTANT

Cancellation Deadline

Weekly deliveries can be cancelled until Friday 9:00 AM for the respective week's delivery.

After this deadline, your order enters our harvesting and packing process, and we cannot accept cancellations for that week's delivery.

How to Cancel:

  • Online: Log into your account and cancel the upcoming delivery
  • Email: Send cancellation request to support@freshharvest.com
  • Phone: Call (555) 123-4567 during business hours

Cancellation Examples:

  • To cancel Monday delivery: Cancel by Friday 9 AM
  • To cancel Wednesday delivery: Cancel by Friday 9 AM
  • To cancel Saturday delivery: Cancel by Friday 9 AM

Note: Cancelling a weekly delivery does not cancel your subscription. Your subscription continues for the following weeks unless you cancel the entire subscription.

Subscription Management

You can pause or modify your subscription at any time:

  • Pause Subscription: Skip deliveries for specific weeks
  • Modify Vegetables: Change your vegetable selection anytime before Friday 9 AM
  • Change Delivery Day: Update your preferred delivery day
  • Cancel Subscription: Stop all future deliveries

All changes must be made before Friday 9 AM to take effect for the following week's delivery.

No Return Policy NO RETURNS

Due to the perishable nature of fresh vegetables, we do not accept returns or exchanges for delivered items.

Why We Cannot Accept Returns:

  • Fresh vegetables have limited shelf life
  • Food safety regulations prohibit resale of delivered produce
  • Quality deteriorates quickly after delivery
  • We cannot guarantee safety of returned food items

Quality Guarantee

While we don't accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our produce:

  • Freshness Guarantee: All vegetables are harvested within 48 hours of delivery
  • Quality Check: Every box undergoes multiple quality inspections
  • Issue Resolution: If you receive damaged or poor-quality produce, contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Compensation: We'll issue credit or adjust your next delivery for verified quality issues

What to Do If You Have Issues:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  1. Photos of the issue
  2. Your order number
  3. Description of the problem

We'll respond within 24 hours to resolve the issue.

Delivery Instructions

To ensure successful delivery:

  • Provide accurate delivery address and contact information
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, or provide safe drop-off instructions
  • Refrigerate vegetables immediately upon delivery
  • Contact us immediately if you miss a delivery
